Yes. Monthly billing, no questions asked, no cancellation fees. One click in your account settings. Your data is exportable as CSV at any time, and we'll keep your account in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
What counts as a property?
Each rental unit you manage counts as one property. A duplex counts as one. Two separate apartments count as two. If you run a 12-room boutique hotel, that's 12 properties. No hidden "per-room" surcharges, no per-user fees.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — switching to annual billing saves you 15%. So €29 becomes roughly €24.65 per property per month, billed once a year. You can switch back to monthly at any time and we'll prorate the difference.
Is there a setup fee?
Never. We don't believe in setup fees, onboarding fees, "migration" fees, or "training" fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your Solvaya subscription: credit card and SEPA direct debit. For your guests paying through your Solvaya booking site: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Mollie (iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA, and most European payment methods).
How does the free trial work?
14 days, full access to every feature, no credit card required to start. We'll email you a couple of times during the trial with tips on getting the most out of it. If you do nothing, the trial ends and your account goes read-only — your data stays put, your bookings keep working until your next sync cycle.
Can I import from another channel manager?
Yes. We import from Guesty, Hostaway, Smoobu, Lodgify, and most other channel managers via iCal or CSV. Our support team handles the migration for properties with up to 10 units. Larger accounts get a dedicated onboarding specialist — still free, still no setup fee.
