The Origin

We love vacation rentals. We own them, manage them, and pour our hearts into making them unforgettable for guests. But there's one part of the business we've always hated: watching thousands of euros disappear into OTA fees every single month.

€94,000 — that's how much one of our properties generated in a year. And €15,980 of it went to Booking.com. For what? A listing page. A calendar sync. A messaging system we weren't allowed to use freely. We were paying 17% of our revenue for tools that should have cost us €29/month.

So we built the alternative. A channel manager that does everything the OTAs do — calendar sync, guest messaging, booking management, invoicing — but for a flat fee. No percentage. No watching your hard work turn into their revenue.
