The origin story

In 2024, we were running a small portfolio of vacation rentals across Europe. Beautiful properties. Happy guests. Solid revenue.

Then we looked at the numbers. Airbnb was taking 15%. Booking.com was taking 17%. Expedia: 20%. Between them, they'd claimed nearly EUR 40,000 of our revenue in a single year.

For what? We maintained the properties. We communicated with the guests. We handled the cleaning, the check-ins, the problems. They provided a listing and a calendar — and took a 20% cut for the privilege.
