Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly. No awkward "are you sure?" guilt trip. No "we're sorry to see you go" emails for the next 6 months. You cancel, we say "thanks, come back anytime," and that's it.
What counts as a "property"?
Each rental unit. If you have 3 villas, that's 3 properties. If you have a villa and an apartment, that's 2. If you have a treehouse and a boat, we need to have a conversation about your life choices (and also that's 2 properties).
Setup fee?
No. We're not a budget airline. What you see is what you pay. Period.
Free trial?
14 days. No credit card. If you don't like it, we part as friends. We might send you a sad emoji but that's the extent of it.
Discount for lots of properties?
The more properties, the more you save vs OTAs. The math already works. But if you have 20+, reach out and we'll figure something out. We like people with lots of properties. You're our favorite kind of people.
What if Solvaya shuts down?
We won't. But if the internet explodes and somehow we don't survive, your OTAs still work. You just go back to paying 15%. Which is exactly why you should use us -- you're not locked in, you're just saving money while it lasts. (It will last.)
