What if I have 10 properties?
€290/month. Still cheaper than the commission on a single €1,700 OTA booking. If you're running 10 properties, Solvaya pays for itself many times over on the first direct booking.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. That's the entire point. We charge a flat subscription, not a percentage. If a property makes €10K a year or €1M a year, we charge the same. Our incentives are aligned with yours: we want you to keep using Solvaya, not to extract more from every transaction.
Can I still use OTAs?
Yes. We sync with them — 28 channels total. Most Solvaya customers keep their OTA listings active as a backup, but the volume drops as direct bookings grow. The goal isn't to fight the OTAs; it's to make them optional.
What's the catch?
There's none. We're a SaaS subscription. We make money when you pay us €29/month, not when you take a booking. That structural difference is the whole product. We don't take a cut, we don't hide fees, we don't have "premium" tiers with the features that actually matter behind a paywall.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your Solvaya subscription: SEPA direct debit, iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact. For your guests booking through Solvaya: Stripe or Mollie — whichever you prefer. They pay on your site, the money lands in your bank.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly billing, cancel any month. Annual billing is optional and gives you 15% off — that's it. If you want out, you click one button and you're out. We don't make leaving hard. We earn your subscription every month.
